had our milk tea drinks at Zentea, first milk tea shop here in Bacolod City and it's located at Mainstrip Alley, La Salle Avenue.You can have several tea drinks like green tea iced teas, personalitea and milk teas! (just click the image below to view it clearly) and they do have sizes, L and XL.

this was my first time to drink milk tea even since Chowking had it's Nai Cha. I ordered CARNIVAL (caramel milk tea). Their best seller under milk teas which according to them was Choctea.

just a simple dinner with friends, we're looking where to dine and one suggested Tatay Tony's. Their menus were basically common but the recipes made the food taste great. That was worth the price.

a cozy atmosphere, simple classy interior and a well lighted dessert cafe.This is located at Lopue's Mandalagan Art District and i've heard that the owner was one of the Lopue family. This was also the time when i had a first glimpse at the Art District after we ate at Miren. I never thought that Art District would be one of the best place to chill at night after my second visit! :)

Water Garden at Forest Park

The Water Garden at Forest Park Resort in Bacolod City is a grandeur. spending quality time together here since it's new and this was our first time to go to visit the Water Garden. we brought our own foods and drinks. alcohol is prohibited yet we had our own mixed drinks placed inside the tumbler.. we had calzone, egg pie, chocolates, junkfoods, cheese pimento rolls and the alcohol mixed drink we've made the pine tree cocktail with blue curacao.

Rai Rai Ken @ SM City Bacolod

a day which you could see lots of red-heart-shaped balloons, flowers, chocolates, stuff toys, cards, etc. You could see mostly having good smiles on their faces celebrating heart's day. for some (singles), there are a lot of club parties for them. well for me, feb 14, i have an AM shift duty so we just had a simple dinner date at Rai Rai Ken (Ramen house & Shushi Bar).

We ordered:

Shark's fin (Ramen with Shark's fin, chicken meat, and mushrooms in sticky white soup)

Gyoza (Japanese pork dumplings)

Seafoods Hot Pot Teppan (sizzling mixed seafoods)

yakimeshi (fried rice with mixed veggies)

california maki

that was pigging out! we usually end up lots of leftovers every time we dine in restos. that's why in 2 years and counting, we're getting bigger :)))

they greeted us - "irrashaimase" and i remembered Yakimix when we entered Rai Rai Ken.

after my duty, i went home then rushed to buy flowers.

it wont be a complete Japanese dinner without maki :D

I invited my friends to have some pizza at Mama Maria's Pizzeria. "The Biggest and Tastiest Pizza in the Philippines"

The first branch of Mama Marias Pizzeria was opened in Bacolod City, in December 2005. That was when i was in 3rd year High School. We craved a lot during those times!! I remembered it was just a small kiosk located along Lacson Street just across of the current main branch of the Pizzeria. I remembered when i was in high school, there were a lot of private cars parked along the street having their take-outs. It was so cheap and really tasty pizza way back 2005! now, they have a competitor, the Greenoz Pizzeria (i will write about greenoz next time)

I'll give my vote to Greenoz over Mamarias in terms of cost and taste :) though Mamarias got good ambiance and location of their pizzeria.

Its been 4 years ago since i met this girl. more than 2 years ago when i felt something for this girl. and exactly 2 years ago as of (12.06.10) we've been together FULL of love. In 2 years of lovin', lot of memories together we've shared. Lot of places we've been to together. Lot of food tripping we had. and with those all happy memories, there are also lots of "bad hair days" for us. but at the end of the day, love between us still alive and kicking. :D

My experience was indescribable. Full of FUN & LAUGHTER. A day filled with magic. We visited EK on weekend, saturday, which there were a lot of people visiting the park. We experienced great rides but before that we waited hours in the line for our turns. nevertheless, worth it! it seems that i'm regressing here inside the park.

Flying Fiesta in Portabello Zone. our first ride! just fine & i was busy taking pictures of me & of my friends.

Anchors Away in Midway Boardwalk Zone. You gonna scream here! after the ride, i felt like vomiting...and ohh.. i saw Pizza Hut. Pizza & coke helped me out. =)

Yakimix Sushi - Smokeless Grill - Restaurant at Mall of Asia (MOA) branch. This was a great buffet lunch for us. Ambiance, lights, seats, decor, designs & all were great. Here, you need to go early because the place is always full. You need to reserve for a table.

They have cooked & raw foods for selections.

You will enjoy cooking your own food right in your table. Aside from well known California Maki, you can have a lot of varieties of sushi here. one i liked was the spicy salmon sushi. =]

For sweet toothed. You will definitely enjoy here. The best way to end my heavy buffet lunch at Yakimix was their Selecta ice cream. you can choose, design and add toppings.

Cebu, Oct. 13, 2010, We processed our license at PRC.

It was my 3rd time @ CEBU for this 2010. now, for my license! :)

Unexpectedly there were a lot of people already at the PRC office. We arrived Mactan International Airport then went directly at PRC. We finished late around 4pm. It was so tiring. There I experienced standing almost 3 hours for just one window. After we processed our license & stuffs at PRC, we went to Pacific Tourist Inn to rest. We had our dinner then at Ayala. Buffet dinner was great at Don Henrico's. Italian foods. We never missed to chill and had some cold tower beer at Mooon's Cafe, Ayala Terraces. :)

Bohol, Oct. 14, 2010, Countryside Tour.

We arrived Tagbilaran Port around 8am. The port was really clean with clear waters. you can really see fishes swimming. Amazing.

First spot we visited was Chocolate Hills.Since it was a bit gloomy, our driver/tour guide told us to go first at Chocolate hills, a place that we shouldn't miss in Bohol.

We passed by Man-Made Forest. It was getting darker as we go on through the forest. Our driver told us that during the time of Marcos, a student should plant one mahogany tree before to graduate.

Hanging Bridge experience was just so-so. Only thing that I was afraid while crossing was that my cellphones & digicam will going to drop into the waters. I enjoyed scaring them by jumping and swinging the bridge. :))

Loboc River Cruise. We are already hungry and drooling for a buffet lunch! we end up disappointed. Long River Cruise foods was not that good. No extra ordinary taste of what. 400php was not worth it. Nevertheless, the cruise was relaxing. I took a nap!

Tarsier Sanctuary. No entrance fee but please observe their rules. You can give donations rather. Camera flash was not allowed while taking pictures to avoid tarsiers getting too stressed.

Largest Python in Captivity. The place was like a mini zoo. Prony was the name of the Python. We dared ourselves to take a picture with the python.

Baclayon Church. I was really tired. This was the second to the last spot we visited. Just for the sake, we went out to the van and had some shots of the outside view of the Church.

LAST SPOT, the Blood Compact Shrine.

I was eager to sea the relaxing view of Alona Beach at Panglao! As we arrived at Alonaland Beach Resort, we took a short rest then off to the beach!!!! Alona Beach was quoted by other travelers who's been there as "little boracay".. You can have a good night life (just to chill) there but the foods "paluto" was sooooo expensive. I was drooling seeing fresh seafoods. next time, better to prepare enough money.

We started dolphin watching 6AM in the morning. We hardly catch them a good shot even we made a closer encounter to them than others. They are fast moving. We didn't stayed longer watching the dolphins. We went snorkeling and fish feeding at Balicasag Island. Such a diverse marine life. Last spot, we went Virgin Island. Good place for picture taking. Its 20 days left before July NLE. I will leave this blog for a while to FOCUS in the remaining days for Board Exam. I will post some updates soon if i got free time in Cebu after board exam.. I'm done making 'our' itinerary from July 1-9. haha! Will surely relax and forget everything after board exam before i'll come back here in Bacolod.
